Service Manager: 
Mike Castonguay: recently became the service manager here at Putnam Chrysler Dodge Jeep Kia in April of 2009. Mike has been a part of the Gates Automotive Group for 17 years now, 11 years of management, and he brings a lot of automotive knowledge to the table, as well as taking care of customers which is our number 1 priority.

Service Advisor:

Paul Fontaine:
joined our Putnam Chrysler family this past August with over 20 years of technical experience which has been brought to the Service counter for customer needs. He is very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions customers may have.

Service Technicians: (All of our Service Technicians are Chrysler and Kia Certified and must maintain a high level of training.)
Chris Smith: joined the Putnam Chrysler Dodge Jeep Kia Team this past May. He brings a lot of experience with Chrysler, and is working on his Master certification for Chrysler.

Jonathan Barrette:
is a level 3 Chrysler Technician with 9 years Chrysler experience, 5 years Kia and will have attained level 4 master certification by year end 2008.

Dave Tupaj:
is a new addition to our Putnam family.  David is Chrysler Certified level 4 working on his master certifications.  David brings to us over 15 years automotive experience.

Our Service Department is fully equipped with State of the Art equipment, tools and experienced technicians to ensure quality work. Our main responsibility is to fix your vehicle right "The First Time." Rest assured, we will not perform any work on your vehicle unless you fully understand the necessity for it, as well as the cost.

We offer a wide array of services to our customers, as we know what it's like to be without your vehicle. Our facility is equipped with a night key-drop for your convenience should you need to leave your vehicle after hours. If you come in during working hours, we will do our very best to get you in and out quickly and efficiently. Relax and enjoy our Customer waiting area, equipped with a complimentary coffee bar. If you can't wait for your vehicle, we'll be more than happy to bring you to your local destination in one of our shuttles, and upon request will pick you up and return you to the Putnam Chrysler Dodge Jeep Kia. Should you require extended temporary transportation, Enterprise Rental is on site.

We do our best to make the service on your vehicle our worry, not yours. While in our care, your vehicle will be treated with respect. Your service advisor will promptly relay to you any issues we find, over and above the repairs it was brought in for. We'll make sure your wiper blades are in good condition or we will be happy to replace them, with no charge for installation. Our commitment to you is to build a relationship based on trust and quality service.
